ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Customer Care Representatives focus on building strong relationships through amazing experiences for customers. Successful CCRs demonstrate a genuine interest in how Dring's services can help meet customers' HVAC needs. Customer Care Representatives present options to customers to make their experience seamless and convenient. The goal is to change someone's day for the better no matter how small the interaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Make customers the priority in every interaction
- Build and earn the customers’ trust
- Create wow moments for the customer, the company, and the Customer Care team
- Possess strong character and values
- Work effectively and efficiently with the team

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Handle overflow appointment requests
- Handle on-call as needed
