The Warehouse Associate is responsible for tracking and controlling all inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operation, accurate tracking, and cost control measures.

Essential Functions

• Track and control all inventory.
• Deliver parts, ladders, and portable AC units as needed.
• Secure HVAC and Plumbing permits as needed.
• Track and maintain all inventory and assets.
• Monitor and control all inventory transactions, materials, and equipment.
• Complete general housekeeping and warehouse area upkeep.
• Return and process unused products for credit with our various suppliers. Maintain the condition of Company assets, and track.
• Local travel required.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in MS Office and related business and communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must be EPA Certified II or III (Universal)
• Must be over 18.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.

Physical Demands :
Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, walking, squatting, crawling, climbing, crouching, and leaning. Requires the use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to speak, hear, read, listen, communicate both verbally and written. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
