Trane in Dallas is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. In this position you will be providing sales and customer support to existing and new service customers.
You will be working closely with our customers, account managers, area service managers, project administrator and resource coordinators to grow the service business and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Understanding inefficiency within current workflow and processes to better service customers by improving process between acquisition and fulfillment.
Supporting our field support personnel by being the liaison to the office and improving processes for project handoff for execution.
