Doherty Staffing is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Saint Paul, MN
Provide exceptional customer service above all else, create relationships with our customers, and make every visit to our stores a great experience! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established company located in Shoreview, MN. We are seeking candidates for Customer Service Representative roles to work 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 10:00am – 2:00pm every other Saturday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities ranges between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more details!
What a Customer Service Representative will do:
- Maintain a high degree of regular and punctual attendance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer, and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Maintain a confident and friendly demeanor
- Pay attention to and respond to customer needs and requirements for handling and cleaning of their garments
What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:
- Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer
- Ability to learn new information and skills quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Comply with the company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercing, and any unnatural hair colors
