What you will do as a Safety Coordinator :
- Create proper label documentation for the manufactured product
- Ensure instruction documents are available for specific production jobs
- Assist with the generation of shipping documents for outbound products
- Maintain an updated calendar of items to ship
- Assist with spreadsheet distribution lists for customers
- Maintain proper inventory levels for first aid kits and production floor needs
- Oversee safety throughout the facility, including safety meetings, binders, training, monthly audits, and testing
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Avery Pro, and Zebra Designer
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #worknow
