We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $20.

What a Machine Operator will do :

• Operate and maintain the production line equipment in the absence of the Operator II
• Load and unload tandem trucks at elevators or storage sites. opening gates and hoppers for trucks entering
• Learn and assist in the training of all employees assigned to department daily, as well as Operator II responsibilities
• Monitor rolling stock and storage sites for accurate and status of bins and grain handling equipment
• Bag 25 50-pound bags of product on a continuous basis
• Perform skilled forklift operation
• Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily

What you need to be a Machine Operator :

• Ability to communicate with customers clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
• Ability to use critical thinking to plan and problem-solve
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
• Working knowledge of following equipment : Electronic Color Sorter, Gravities, Destoner, Electronic Scales, Package Filling Equipment, Sewing Machines, Computer
• Forklift and Tandem Truck operation skills and experience
• Must perform tasks in accordance with GMP's
