Duties:

• Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with enthusiasm
• Handle incoming calls with a smile, directing them efficiently
• Take care of clerical tasks like filing, copying, and scanning documents
• Keep records accurate through meticulous data entry
• Coordinate appointments for patients
• Ensure documents are accurately transcribed and proofread
• Pitch in with various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly
• Accurately process payments

Requirements:

• Preferably, experience in a medical office or similar administrative role
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and record-keeping
• Stellar organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Quick and accurate transcription skills are a must
• Basic knowledge of office management procedures and clerical duties

We are looking for someone with the following availability:

Mondays 9:45AM-1:00PM, 2:55PM-7:00PM

Thursdays 8:45AM-1:00PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
