O.C. Tanner Jewelers in SLC is looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist who is eager to provide the highest level of service to our internal staff and external customers. Our store is truly a Great Place to Work and is a fast-growing part of the O.C. Tanner Company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Become knowledgeable about our stores and respond to phone calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and minimizing interruptions in other areas.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. as needed.
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Assist the team by performing tasks as needed.
