Receptionist Position Available
Dent Doctor is a paintless dent repair facility that is looking for a highly motivated individual to perform receptionist and office related tasks. A strong candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office programs, ability to time manage, and be detail-oriented. Applicants should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Job responsibilities:

• Receive customers via phone and in-person
• Maintain a clean waiting area
• Create repair estimates and invoices
• Perform bookkeeping duties
• Order parts for vehicles as needed
• Respond to emails and voice messages
• Assist with other miscellaneous duties

Experience needed:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Typing and basic computer skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to perform basic math
• Experience using Quickbooks is preferred, but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 35 per week
