Our fast-paced community practice is growing and we are seeking a Back Office Assistant to help fill roles within our office. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will enjoy the opportunity to take on many different tasks. Our office is a great place to work and the ideal candidate will enjoy working with both our patients and staff members, as well as communicating directly with leadership. The ideal candidate will be a part of a team effort to give our patients the best experience possible when coming to their ENT physicians. The duties will include but not be limited to: Rooming patients, taking general assessment, doing vitals, talking with patients to ask their symptoms and presenting a synopsis to the physician. You will also learn other back office duties including but not limited to scheduling scans, surgeries, cleaning instruments.
Other duties as needed.
