Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of customer support principles and practices
- Familiarity with front desk procedures
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and procedures is a plus

They should have a positive attitude and be able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
