Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Coordinate and assist in event planning and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage medical office tasks including scheduling interviews and referrals
- Offer customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in front desk operations and customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
