Director of Human Resources
A well-established investment management firm located in Boston is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. This position will be a senior leadership position within the firm’s HR department and will be involved in all aspects of HR for the firm. This position has a hybrid in-office schedule and the firm is looking to pay a salary range of $150k-$180k base salary plus bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbooks
Lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition process from headcount approval to new employee on-boarding. Work with hiring managers to finalize role requirements, creatively source candidates, conduct interviews, create offer letters and administer background checks. May partner with external firms as needed for sourcing candidates
Lead the on-boarding process for the firm including implementing on-boarding tools to ensure smooth transitions into the firm, presenting new employee orientation, and gathering on-going onboarding feedback to implement further program improvements
Drive diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to include training employees, identifying relevant content and technology, supporting the firm’s Social efforts (as part of ESG) and leading a variety of employee committees (social impact, women’s employee resource group, caregivers employee resource group, DEI recruiting research and practices)
Administers 401K, employment verifications, benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, processes applicable paperwork if needed

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
