This Administrative Assistant - Marketing position bridges our design and marketing practices to maximize client outreach and provide great client service. Work includes, the creation and editing of documents in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), tracking and coordinating the shop drawing process, client research and business development tracking, database management, digital filing, directing calls, and collaborating with the best practice and marketing team in the industry!
Your Impact:
* Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate individual / department.
* Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Tracking and coordinating the shop drawing process
* Organize, coordinate, and assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
* Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Office Director
* Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for project teams.
* Engage in proactive client research to optimize connections with current and potential clients.
* Actively track and report on business development opportunities
* Liaison with consultants, clients, printers, and suppliers
* Assist with additional Marketing projects as needed.
* All other duties as assigned.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Here's What You'll Need:
* 1-3 years of administrative/professional office experience; previous experience in marketing environment desirable
* Superior client focus/service mentality
* Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
* Creativity, integrity, and initiative
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
* Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to details, including proofreading
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
* Experience with multi-line phone system experience
* Previous A/E/C industry experience
