Candidates should be able to read and follow recipes, have good knife skills, can maintain cleanliness and overall operations according to the health department. They should take pride in the quality of food and want to uphold restaurant standards. The position requires at least 3 years of line cook experience. Come cook a great menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
