Overview:
We are seeking a competent and reliable Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needed supplies, and place orders as necessary. Ensure the smooth running of the office by coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence efficiently.
Data Entry and Record-keeping: Input and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Organize and update paperwork, documents, and digital files.
Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
