This person will have light experience in scheduling, answering phone calls, busy calendaring, researching vendors, and will have an interest in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a main source of communication, including answering phones, responding to emails, and liaising with vendors
• Conduct research on various topics needed within the Human Resources Department
• Draft correspondence, prepare reports, manage expenses, and maintain organized filing systems
• Assist with Human Resources matters on a daily basis
