Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to meet daily service needs
  • Guide and develop the Customer Service Team
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Implement customer service and inventory practices
  • Monitor and address customer needs promptly

Skills & Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of leadership experience in customer service, logistics preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Warehouse Management Systems experience a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in exporting and 3PL
  • Knowledge of USDA regulations
  • Proficiency in billing and invoicing
  • Client management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
