Interacting with customers via phone and email to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and promoting our brand image.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback effectively and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Must be able to multi-task and take appropriate actions with little supervision.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and collaborating with other departments when necessary to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management by conveying information clearly and courteously through written and verbal channels.
• Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints via the companies social media channels.
• Attend select meetings for visibility on status with customers and customer experiences.
• Visit store locations to perform customer surveys and other customer service related projects. 
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. 

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. 
• Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Social Media awareness
• Proficiency in using computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with Data Entry and Database Software Experience
• Exceptional typing skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment,
