**About the Job:** We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (TSS) to join our team. The TSS is responsible for helping users resolve technical issues that impact their ability to use our Live Learning Platform. The role requires both technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, as the TSS will be working with internal and external customers. It is an essential element to our client experience. **In this role you will:**

* Correctly diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues to achieve high level satisfaction; follow up to ensure resolution.

* Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients, students, tutors, and partners.

* Maintain detailed problem records.

* Handle complaints, providing solutions or escalating when appropriate.

* Plan to exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and our clients!

**In the ideal candidate, we would like to see:**

* Minimum of 1 year of college/university level classes in Business, Computer Science or related field OR a minimum of one year in a customer service or technical support role.

* Ability to consult with clients via chat, SMS, phone and email.

* Comfortable working with tutors, clients and students over live video chat.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* Prior experience with CRM software and/or ZenDesk preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems

* Basic understanding of how internet connectivity works.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in laymans terms.

* Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
