**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, roofing, and insurance claims.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Manage and grow key customer accounts through effective relationship building

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in outside sales, technology sales, or related field

- Strong ability to market and sell products effectively

- Excellent negotiation and business development skills

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
