Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead our Roofing sales/Operations team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. A Roofing Area Manager at A&M PREMIER is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations on all job sites in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
- Utilize construction estimating skills to prepare accurate project bids
- Supervise and guide team members in executing tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions

-Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

-Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training to the team

Skills:

- Proficiency in remodeling and construction estimating
- Experience with roofing systems and installation
- Proficient in interpreting schematics and blueprints

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and guide a sales team

- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals

- Experience in technical sales and understanding of industry-specific products/services

- Ability to develop new business through effective business development strategies

- Experience in outside sales, managing client relationships, and expanding market share

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
