Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with various departments including suppliers, production team, and Managing Director to ensure smooth production flow.
-Help customers with warranty registrations and make sure all customers are 100% satisfied.
-Review Insurance work scopes and check for missing items.
-Review Subcontractor Estimates.
-Manage the customers that are on our punch list board and update all information when needed.
-Utilize forecasting tools and demand planning to predict future production needs.
-Implement and maintain systems for tracking production progress and identifying bottlenecks.
-Collaborate with production teams to adjust schedules as needed based on changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends and demands.
- Proficiency in using scheduling systems and software
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
