Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a roofing sales representative or roofing sales manager
- Committed to furthering roofing industry knowledge
- Proven ability to drive the entire sales process
- Strong business Acumen and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people/time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & climb roofs/ladders
- Some Travel Required
- Driver's License (Required)
- Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion Ready
- Daily ownership of training, coaching, and monitoring sales reps
- Build and encourage strong customer relationships
- Present weekly/monthly results to leadership
- Ensure the team has the knowledge to provide education to homeowners about roof components, current structure status, and company offerings
- Generate personal sales pipeline and obtain referrals
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare proposals and estimates through the use of roofing software
- Encourage clients to rate client experience via social media
