Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant, Compliance, will deliver exceptional customer service to CHN residents while also providing administrative support to the compliance department through the completion of the following duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance paperwork and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry tasks.
  • Assist Compliance department with scheduling appointments for recertification.
  • Code rental payments accurately and enter them into property management software.
  • Prepare rental receipt payments for verification by the accounting team.
  • Support the compliance team with audits of OHFA, Syndicators and City
  • Participate in LIHTC training seminars to stay updated on compliance regulations.
  • Assist compliance staff with mailings for compliance appointments.
  • Perform additional task as delegated by management.

  • Possess a minimum of two years-five years in administrative role
