Fine Dining experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking candidates that are willing to learn, have great communication skills, and possess good energy and positivity and with a can do attitude.
Qualified applicants preferred to have 1 year of fine dining cuisine experience in a busy kitchen, are professional, driven, and detail-oriented, and have open availability.
Candidates prefer to have fine dining experience and must possess knife skills, understand and practice mis-en-place, and uphold kitchen safety and health standards. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin-Cantonese is a plus.
