This position reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine. Candidate would assist to oversee all aspects of the kitchen and back of the house operations, including the development and execution of daily changing tasting menus, kitchen/staff management, operational and financial effectiveness. Candidate must be well versed in Michelin level cuisine and currently be working as a Sous Chef, or be ready to take the next step. Applicant must have at least 4 years of experience in a fine dining background. Individual must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational skills and leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of restaurant personnel.
