Overview:

As a Human Resources professional at Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring a positive work environment. Director of Human Resources primary focuses are in five core areas: Recruit and Onboard Top Talent, Staffing Levels, Employee Retention, Compliance on Federal, State, and Local Regulations, and Company Policies, procedures, and employee benefits. The HR Director is also responsible to promote a positive and productive culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes
• Administer employee benefits and payroll
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in HR or related role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual
• HR Certification
