- Manage customer interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation in line with health and safety regulations.
- Implement inventory controls and conduct regular checks to manage supplies and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant equipment to ensure operational functionality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to uphold product quality and expedite service during peak hours.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role in a high-paced restaurant environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Manager's Certificate (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
