As our Manager of Business Development at CHI St. Vincent Health you will be responsible for planning, managing and directing growth and development of St. Vincent Heart Institution. Your strong knowledge of community outreach will be used to cultivate, engage and maintain community relationships. You will manage relationships with affiliated clinics and leadership teams to ensure both stakeholders’ interests are in alignment and represented in daily operations of the cardiology services.

• Manages all external communication with SVHI stakeholders and the general public.
• Works with Strategic Planning and Business Development to identify growth opportunities including new programs and services, new markets and new referral sources.
• Identifies growth opportunities and potential relationships that would expand the SVHI network.
• Collaborates and coordinates with the Marketing/Strategy Departments in the collection, management, analysis and reporting of market data relevant to the SVHI marketing and outreach processes and programs.
• Demonstrates stewardship of resources and assists in achieving the department budget.
• Monitors project expenses within budget parameters; modifies budget according to shifts in resource availability and priorities.

• Bachelor's Degree required in marketing, business or related field 
• Minimum of 5 years planning, marketing, development or community outreach role in the healthcare field. 
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing, sales and business development practice.
• Master’s degree preferred.
