About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing a 100-unit apartment community designed exclusively for low-income seniors, age 62 and above, or households with disability at any age. The property is located in Boise, ID. This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, administrative/clerical, organization, and time management skills. Knowledge of fair housing is a plus.
This is a part-time, 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager in preparing initial and follow-up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed.
• Maintain records in a timely, accurate, and organized manner
• Prepare plans and provide for the implementation of special administrative projects
• Assist Property Manager with the Processing of all forms of tenant recertification, including verification, certification, annual and interim re-certification, and maintain leases as needed
• Abide by all HUD management, 4350 & LIHTC guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management helpful
• Project-based Section 8 experience helpful
• Experience with Yardi is helpful
• Computer literacy required
