Account Managers are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience, and where customer service, safety, profitability and communication skills are developed for future growth.

• Build, retain and manage current client relationships and seek for new enhancement business
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
• Complete strategic customer account plans and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Enlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
• Closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer management
• Participate in industry events and associations
• Act as client’s primary point of contact for all accounts being managed
• Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
• Professional-level knowledge and experience in commercial landscaping and snow solutions
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience preferred.
