Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading).
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery.
Schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff.
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
From 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay rate: $17.00 Hr. (Biweekly Pay) Requirements:
Reliable transportation.
Updated resume.
At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service.
Must have clerical experience, and basic computer skills with knowledge with Word and Excel.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Must have 2 valid forms of IDs.
