Calcilytix Therapeutics, an affiliate of BridgeBio Pharma, is developing encaleret (CLTX-305), a negative allosteric modulator of the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) for the treatment of Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcemia Type 1 (ADH1), a genetic cause of hypoparathyroidism. Encaleret is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical study and has received Orphan Drug and Fast Track Designations from the US FDA.

We are looking for a professional, take-charge Executive Assistant to keep business operations organized, managed, on track, and moving forward. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality. You will ensure that the Executive’s productivity is enhanced by managing calendars and schedules, including managing expense reports. You must have the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments, as well as foster and maintain strong working relationships within all levels of the company and outside vendors and contacts. You will create and/or modify presentations as needed, work on complex assignments, and require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Your work will be completed with minimal supervision as assignments are of the highest quality, and follow-through is outstanding.
This position will require you to be in the office 3-4 days/week.
