Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling, coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, and process expense reports
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-site, and team social events)
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Act as the gatekeeper for the principal, liaising with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
