The Human Resources Generalist is a multi-faceted position that will support field and corporate employees, company initiatives, and special projects. The Human Resources Generalist will also partner with Regional Operations Specialists in providing coaching and guidance in employee relations, pay, and training issues. In addition, this role will partner with the Human Resources team in providing collaborative support to corporate management and staff.
Blue River PetCare is a multi-state owner and operator of high-quality veterinary hospitals, with our corporate office located in downtown Chicago. We provide an exit strategy for owners of veterinary hospitals who are looking to reduce the headaches of business and diversify their asset base while continuing to practice or who are seeking to transition their practice as they consider retirement.
