We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our plaintiff's personal injury law firm. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, an understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our staff.
We are open to resumes with experience of 3-5 years in a lower capacity role, ie HR coordinator.
This position can be based out of either of our Chicago offices, but will involve visiting both.
