Title: Employee Relations Manager Location: Kankakee, IL (2-3 days onsite) Duration: 6 Months
Overview: Manage ER cases independently, collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations and terminations.
Handle Compliance Hotline/Speak Up cases.
Advocate for employees in medical accommodations.
Educate leaders on HR practices.
Complete special projects, maintain case records.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree.
SHRM certification preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish/English.
3-5 years ER experience.
Strong HR process knowledge.
Experience in global/matrixed environments preferred.
