Job Details
Title: Validation Engineer
Location: West Point, PA 19486
Duration: 6 Months
Qualifications:
- Bachelors preferred but Associates acceptable (with good experience).
- 3 years in process automation or equivalent in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with Computer system validation and regulatory GXP requirements.
- Knowledgeable of S88 Batch Standard.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical expertise in automation control systems (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, AB PLC, FactoryTalk, SCADA, Windows OS, network infrastructure, SQL).
Responsibilities:
- Provide automation support to vaccine manufacturing facility.
- Resolve problems and implement process control in compliance with SDLC, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support diverse and inclusive culture, interacting with manufacturing, quality, and engineering groups.
- Comply with global policies, regulatory requirements, and cGMP.
- Design, implement, test, and close-out change controls for automation-related actions.
- Investigate automation incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- May require off-site weekend/evening automation support as needed.
