Rincon Family Services is a community-driven agency with a mission to promote quality of life by serving as a catalyst to advocate, educate and empower individuals and their families. Through our prevention, treatment and support programs, we believe in the power of offering compassion and care to inspire hope and transform lives. We have over 170 employees, nearly 2,000 clients, and reach over 10,000 people annually. We empower people to better themselves, so they might better their community. Founded in the West Town neighborhood in 1972, Rincon was one of the first Latino-focused substance ...use treatment centers in Chicago. Since then, we have expanded to serve a larger community and provide a wide variety of services to people of all backgrounds. We strive to see all our clients not as people in need, but as valuable community members capable of overcoming challenges and helping others.
