BDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be based in the National Capital Region (Client) with the bulk of their duties performed virtually from their home office.

Role Overview
Senior Business Analyst and UI designer supporting a custom application development project in an agile development environment. Looking for an advanced and proven BA with the ability to elicit, define, and document user-driven requirements and ensure that they are properly incorporated into the developed software. Must have excellent track record of defining and grooming a Product Backlog of User Stories, tracking and managing team velocity, and leading Sprint and Increment planning sessions. The individual should have proven experience in leading Agile software development teams, conducting Scrum Master duties, and working in concert with Govt Product Owners to successfully track and achieve their priorities. Quality and thorough requirements are a must. This position also includes the need for UI design in the form of UI mockups.

Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
