- Proactively work across multiple project teams to define, capture and manage IT and business requirements for a mission-critical program comprised of many workflows/applications at a large federal agency.
- Help design, document, and maintain system and business artifacts including, but not limited to, architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOP), workflow diagrams.
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships with business product owners to understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions to deliver in prompt fashion.
- Support and lead Agile delivery including, but not limited to, Scrum cadences, epic and user story development and tracking, backlog grooming, coordinating logistics for sprint planning and retro activities, analyzing and resolving user story blockers,
- Create and deliver presentations on Release planning activities and outcomes from completed releases to business and project stakeholders.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the clients
- Build and maintain relationships with project team members and client stakeholders.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Advanced fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Advanced fluency with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Expert knowledge for creating and managing release and user story content in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, communication skills, and can work well independently.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously.

- 4 years experience working as business analyst or in a similar role
- Ability to work well independently and within team settings, requiring minimal direction/oversight from team leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; logical thinker and intellectual curiosity.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years’ experience in federal government or federally regulated industry such as banking or insurance
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
- ITIL, PMP or any other IT Industry related certifications.
