The Business Analyst is a key member of the SRE, Inc. team. The Business Analyst will support one or more contracts and provide superior consulting services to the end client. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Analysis of current state documentation, data, and related systems to determine relevant business and/or technology needs.
• Creation of business and/or technical requirements to produce future state documentation, strategic plans, executive reports and organizational communication.
• Works independently with minimal supervision, but typically reports to a Project Manager.
• Must have good communication and technical skills to produce reports, graphics, and documentation.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and C-Suite level SME's to gain knowledge and produce documentation.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in related field.

Work Environment: The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.
