Edera is seeking a Business Analyst who will support the development of Salesforce-based software project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for solution delivery through analyzing and writing requirements, facilitating functional discussions, designing solutions, writing test scripts, and executing functional and user acceptance testing.

Work Location/Travel: Although this role is currently largely remote, client needs may necessitate travel. Applicants should be free from travel restrictions.Relocation is NOT required for this role.

Salary Range:$85-105k

Role Reports to: Managing Director

Direct Reports: None.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the analysis, build, and configuration of the software application on Salesforce to meet business process and application requirements related to the defined business processes
• Collaborate across business units to gather requirements for the analysis, design, and/or implementation of technology best practices that align to business strategy and goals
• Collaborate with developers, the project team, and the client to develop detailed business process designs and associated deliverables
• Continually evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements, maintain systems processes, and deliver periodic status reports to all appropriate parties

• Foster and manage customer relationships and respond to questions from internal and external leadership with supporting research and recommendations
• Provide onsite at-the-elbow surge support for client events and activities

In this role, the desired candidate will be able to drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard processes through evaluation of real-time data. The Business Analyst will offer thought leadership on technical business processes, prototype development, and increased efficiency and productivity practices.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate within the IT field using IT-specific language, but also translating complex technical subject matter into easily understood communications for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with conceptual design, development, and testing of software products
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Salesforce experience

Education/Certification Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical focus; 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
