BCL Search is Hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Boutique Investment/Tech firm Near New York, NY
Our client, a tech investment firm is looking to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support 2 Partners and help maintain the office. The ideal candidate will be very resourceful, have strong attention to detail and should thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person should have 5-10 years of administrative experience and the ability to run the office!
RESPONSIBILITIES - Heavy calendar management; monitor time-sensitive deadlines; coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Organize and coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) - Schedule and set up meetings for executives - Manage all vendor relationships including IT - Place orders for office & pantry supplies and make sure both are stocked - Help coordinate and maintain the conference rooms - Liaise will building management regarding facilities issues - Screen and forward calls, provide information, and take messages - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents - Assist with preparation of presentation materials - File, copy, scan and bind documents as needed - Ad hoc projects as requested REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree - 5-10 years of experience - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Extremely organized and driven to succeed - Resourceful
SALARY (DOE) discretionary bonus
HOURS 8:30am-5:30pm flexibility for OT as needed #IND1
