BCL Search is Hiring an Executive Assistant to Team at Boutique Private Equity Firm in Midtown Near New York, NY
Our client, a boutique Private Equity Firm is looking to hire a superstar Executive Assistant to support the two Managing Partners and their growing team which consists of 4 people currently and two summer interns, with day-to-day admin and CRM tasks and responsibilities, as well as special projects and research. The successful candidate MUST have high level administrative experience, strong attention to detail, excellent follow through and a strong work ethic. Additionally, the candidate must be articulate, a self starter and have a nothing is beneath me attitude. This role is currently in office 5x a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar management for 2 Managing Partners as well as 2 other associates and 2 summer interns
Provide business and personal travel support (including researching accommodations, itinerary prep, etc.)
Answer phones, transfer calls accordingly, speak with clients and investors
Maintain Salesforce CRM system
Prepare and process of expense reports
Conduct ad hoc research
Ongoing miscellaneous personal projects and assistance/errands as needed
REQUIREMENTS
5-8 plus years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the financial services industry, but open for right person
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

SALARY $80-115K potential discretionary bonus great benefits HOURS 8:30am-5:30pm flexibility for OT #IND1
