The Role

EDITED’s New York-based Executive Assistant and Office Manager will support our US-based Executive team of five, as well as our New York office employees. This role is critical in both supporting our leadership team and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will partner with our Global People and Operations team to contribute to improvements for employees at EDITED.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate New York and Dallas offices- ensuring smooth running, efficiencies and friction free employee experience

  • Support for remote and in-office employees in the US

  • Supply management and sourcing for new and existing employees

  • Event organization/management - collaborating with Ops Coordinators in UK and Bulgaria to ensure cohesion across all offices

  • Maintain the asset register, look after equipment and ensure items are returned when employees leave the business - working with finance to ensure cost optimization across assets

  • Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, expenses, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings for the US-based Senior Management Team and CEO

  • Support in organization of Board Meetings - book WeWork rooms, and handling IT and Tech support on the day of

  • Act with urgency– understand that responsiveness outside of "regular" business hours may be required on occasion for maximum impact

Essential:

  • 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant

  • GSuite experience

  • Experience using Apple products

  • Experience working with five or more Executives in different time zones

  • Event Management or coordination experience (from an EA perspective)

  • Confident managing logistics across multiple state geographies

Nice to have:

  • Office management experience

  • Events organization experience
