Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and possess strong organizational abilities. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- File and retrieve documents using electronic systems such as DocuSign
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with project coordination is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
