BCL Search is Hiring an Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder of Unicorn Tech Start Up in Soho Near New York, NY
Our client, a real estate focused tech start-up, is searching for a rock star Executive Assistant, who can seamlessly support the Founder/CEO. This is a high level EA role that requires 24/7 avail (though only ever contacted during emergencies off hours) and working closely with the Chief of Staff. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the professional and personal responsibilities of an executive who is actively involved in every aspect of the firm. The ideal candidate must maintain a very high level of confidentiality at all times, be proactive and have excellent communication skills. No day will be the same in this position. Candidate must have an all-hands-on-deck/ roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. The role is in office 3-5x a week, depending on the CEO’s schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage an extremely active business and personal calendar, and be true "Gatekeeper" to Executive(s).
Arrange heavy domestic and international travel, both business and personal with intricate itineraries
Prepare any visas or passport renewals needed for international travel
Organize dinners, car services and both personal and business events
Schedule and prioritize meetings with high-level executives
Ensure Executive is always on schedule
Liaise with philanthropies as needed
Gift buying, shopping and returns
Run errands
Provide other assistance as needed, including light research and presentation preparation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree is required
10 years of administrative experience supporting a C-level officer
Microsoft Outlook guru
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proactive and self-starter mentality
Very detailed oriented
Takes direction well
Must be willing to travel
