Need Executive Administrative Assistant for BILH Cambridge Office.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5-8 years related work experience required.
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or
Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and
maintain databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in an executive office.
Working in healthcare industry.
Note - High functioning Executive Assistant to support the system level Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Quality Officer. It is preferred that the candidates have supported ecutive level positions in the past.
The role is Monday-Thursday onsite in the Cambridge office, Hours are 9a-5p. Fridays are remote.
